Team spirit, 1989 picture friendship goes way long

Jalal "Jay" Meghjani popularly known in the community as "Jay Honey Guy" visited the United States of America for the first time in the year 1988 as a tourist from India. He spent four months traveling to various places across the USA. He got inspired to bring his family to America after he got married to give quality of life and quality of education, particularly to his future kids. 

Jay got married on May 3, 1992, and as time passed he showed all his pictures and memories of his visit to the United States to his wife in order for her to know the greatness of what he considered the "Parent Country Of The World". He expressed his desire to settle down with his family in America for the rest of their lives. After viewing all those beautiful pictures and hearing the greatness of United States she was very much impressed and she gave a green signal to proceed. After preparation they applied for American visas. On September 4, 2000, their dream came true and they arrived in America.  

Jay already had some experience in the honey business from back home in India buying honey in bulk from local farmers to bottle and label and sell it to customers and gift to friends and relatives. 

On January 16, 2014, there was an incident that happened in Jay's life. He was shopping at Sam's Club for his store, where he had a major heart attack. With the grace of All Mighty God, Jay survived and he recovered over time. 

During the incident, one of his friends gave him a home remedy that needed Pure Raw Honey to be mixed with some other ingredients. 

From his hospital bed, Jay started doing research about getting Pure Raw Honey and while doing his research he came across the news about how honey is being adulterated by adding cheap syrup and also that it is overheated by some of the honey makers in order to make it attractive, clear, and to avoid crystallization in order to give longer shelf life. Then, he started buying in bulk from those local farmers and bottling and labelling that honey in his facility to sell in his store.

Now, Jay wants to spread his interest and passion for honey. Nearly 70% of our nation’s honey comes from abroad, but local honey production boosts pollination which in turn helps regional crops.
